We will be attending Student Life Mission Camp at Tuscarora Inn and Conference Center. This will be a week where students have the opportunity to serve in a variety of different ways. This trip is a great opportunity to grow spiritually as you serve others and as you get poured into as a team. We know that there are people in our home state that need to meet Jesus and we hope to accomplish this through serving and sharing.

PA Training #2 (with Parents) Required

Calvary Church - Lower Auditorium

Our next meeting for the PA Trip is on Sunday, July 28 from 1:00 - 3:00pm in the CSM Lower Auditorium. Parents are asked to attend for the last 30 minutes of the meeting (2:30pm) for some final details and a time of prayer for our team.

As you get ready for this meeting, here are a few important reminders:

- 100% of your support is expected by August 5! Students will receive an update Support List at this meeting. Use this support list to start sending out Thank You notes!
- Finishing reading your Summer Trips training book. Bring this Training Book with you to our meeting!
- Bring your Bible!
- Memorize your verses! (1 Samuel 12:24, Hebrews 9:14, Romans 12:1)
- The Student Life Camp Participant Form (Notarized) is OVERDUE! If you have not already turned this in, you must bring it with you to this meeting!

During this meeting, we will review important Final Details, including a Packing List!

PA Debrief & Celebration

Our PA Trip Debrief & Celebration is on Wednesday, August 18 from 7:00-9:00pm at Savannah Groff's house! 

Please join us for this time to be able to connect and debrief our time together at Student Life Camp and our serving opportunities, and celebrate all of the ways that God has been working through this trip!

You will receive a final support update at this Debrief Meeting so that you can send out your final Thank You notes to all of your supporters!


Calvary Medical Release Form 2018-19 Required

Due 3/31/2019

This form is required for all participants on a CSM Summer Trip. If you have already completed this form for a prior Student Groups event (Fusion, Winter Retreat, Go Weekend) for 2018-19, then we have one on file and you do not need to fill this out again.


Secondary Medications Form

Due 8/5/2019

This form is necessary if a student is bringing medication with them (prescription or over-the-counter) to take during this Summer Trip. Please follow all instructions on the form and bring the form with all medications when the student checks in for the trip.


Summer Trips - Letter of Intent Required

Due 3/31/2019

In an effort for students to count it a privilege in going and to be a good steward of the money that is given towards the trips, we have developed some guidelines to help students in their commitment to their missions team. By signing this letter of intent, your student is committing to being a part of this trip and to all of the guidelines for raising support.


Reference - General 1 Required

General Reference is required for all applicants.
Student applicants need (1) general reference.
Leader applicants need (2) general references.


Reference - Parent / General 2 Required

Parent Reference is required for all student applicants.
For LEADER applicants - this will be a 2nd general reference.


Student Life Camp - Participant Form (Notarized) Required

Due 6/9/2019

The Student Life Camp Participant Form is required for ALL participants (students and leaders) and MUST be notarized. Notary explanation and information is included as a cover letter to this form.




  1. Background Checks (if 18 or older)
  2. Calvary Medical Release Form 2018-19
  3. Student Life Waiver & Release Form (Notarized)
  4. Calvary Secondary Medications Form (if under 18 and bringing medications on the trip)
  5. CSM Summer Trips Letter of Intent (signed)


  1. Serving in various organizations, preparing and assisting in kids clubs, etc.


  1. Students must be in 7th - 10th grade
  2. Student Leaders must be in 11th-12th grade
  3. Leaders must be 18 or older


  1. Read pp. 3-57 in Summer Trips Training Book

  2. Memorize Verses: Romans 6:23, John 3:16, 
Romans 3:23, 
Isaiah 44:24, 1 Samuel 12:24, Hebrews 9:14, Romans 12:1
  3. Have 60% of Support Raised by July 14 (Goal)
