I know the team is home - but this was shared while they were still in country, so I wanted to post it for everyone.

Greetings from Cambodia!
Today was our earliest day yet! We got picked up at 6am, ate a quick breakfast, and headed to the fields for tournament day. We split up into two teams for both the girls’ and boys’ bracket. A few of our girls were on the boys team to show the Khmer people that girls can hang with the boys. We enjoyed playing in the rainy soccer camp tournament, but both of our teams were eliminated early. One of our highlights was the girls team bouncing back from a 0-5 loss to cream the next team 7-0. As the camp came to close, the kids crowded us wanting pictures and saying goodbye. Today concluded our soccer ministry part of the trip and we look forward to exploring Cambodia in our last few days. After lunch, we gave the last of our energy as we scrimmaged a semi-pro team of adult men. The match was close for the entire game, but we came up short with a 3-4 loss. We finished off a full week of soccer with a warm meal and cold showers and ended the night with ping pong and crazy heads.
