We spent our last day in Kenya making new friends and exploring new places. We continue to be blessed by the friendly hospitality of the people of Kenya. We are also in awe of God’s great creation. Seeing wild animals in their natural habitat is breathtaking. God is so creative and powerful!
Each of us will leave a piece of our heart in Kenya. We will be sad to leave the Onguka family, but are glad we had the opportunity to serve them at the OneLife campus. They are doing an amazing job reaching the young people for Christ and teaching them leadership skills.
Please pray for the people in Kijabe and in the Mathare slums. They have been greatly affected by the flooding due to the heavy rain in their areas. Many people are displaced and some have died. OneLife Africa is mobilizing a response to help students and their families recover from the devastating floods.
