We were able to visit Mathare slums today. We saw lots of kids. They loved Dave as he took photos and showed them themselves. We visited a school where 40 students learn in a room about the size of the small conference room at church. The children have no hope without an education and there are teachers dedicated to loving and teaching. Barry, a former principal was able to pray with the principal of the school. It was amazing to have the opportunity to see these people made in God’s image where Andrew invests his time every week. Also got to see Ongukas building project where they will be living as soon as the 1st floor is finished. Tomorrow we head to the OneLife Campus.
