This morning's devotional focused on Matthew 5:13-16, where Jesus describes us as being salt and light. After breakfast, we created a flotation device for the water tank that will measure its level, so Angela will not have to climb the ladder all the time to check its fullness. We also canned lots of salsa. It has been a very hot, dry summer here in Moldova. The long days in the heat, along with some lingering jet lag, have made for some challenges, but some of us took a little much-needed nap this afternoon.
