On Friday, we visited a school in Mathare slum and met the children and teachers. Our hearts were encouraged, blessed, and challenged by the joy of the children. It's obvious that music is a part of their lives, and they freely shared with us. We were able to do some home visits with families and had the opportunity to pray over them, share scripture and bless them with grocery vouchers.
We ate a late dinner and (some of us) enjoyed a good night sleep.
