This morning, the team had some breakfast and then walked to church in Kijabe. This was the first time all of us had ever been to a Kenyan church service. Christian preached from Mark 4, on how Jesus calmed the waters. The team spent some time eating a delicious Kenyan lunch and I led a devotion on being an encouragement to one another.
Beforing heading to OneLife campus we stopped at Rift Valley Academy, which is a private school where most missionaries send their kids, including the Onguka’s sons. We visited the new compound that the Onguka’s are building in Kijabe, which they hope to use as headquarters for any teams coming in to serve with them.
The team then drove the rest of the way to the OneLife campus where we will be living for a week and settled into our rooms before dinner. We met the Kenyan counselors and students during the first session of the week where we spent time introducing ourselves before ending the night.

Please pray for our first full day of camp tomorrow and pray for good nights rest for the team.
