DMZ Tour Day
안녕하세요!
Culture experience day two was full! We started our day by traveling to the demilitarized zone. Here we were able to see the division between North and South Korea. We were unable to take pictures from where we were standing from the DMZ, but we were able to look into North Korea. As we looked over we could see small towns in North Korea across the DMZ. I thought to myself how lifeless and empty it looked and the reality set in that it WAS a lifeless and empty town. A facade to hide the true brokenness of North Korea and the oppression within the nation. While in the DMZ we prayed together as a team for Korea as a nation that the Lord may one day reunify the nation as one, under His glorious name!
Please join us in praying for Korea as a nation for its unification and for the hearts of the North Koreans. I also ask if you can pray for our team as we transition into the second part of this short term trip as well as prayer for some physical needs through sickness and exhaustion. Thank you to all!
