Final full day in Korea

What a true gift it has been to be here for the past week and a half. Our team has bonded and grown into a team of dear friends, and we’ve been surprised in the best ways in how God has guided and directed us and impacted all who were attending this camp this week.

We arrived and started this time in Korea expecting a difficult time building relationships and connecting with students. After meeting them on Monday, that felt very true for me. But then Tuesday came. And it was an excellent day of teaching with the students and each following day was also a positive time where the students learned English and we got to build friendship and relationship to share the love of Christ. We had several team members get sick or have an allergic reaction this week, but in each case, the illness was caught and treated quickly and none lasted as long as normal. At every turn or challenge, we saw the Lord provide. He was so faithful to sustain us and give us exactly what we needed for each new day.

Friday finished with a closing ceremony for the students, giving them certificates and then the drive back to Seoul. The team finished the night with a little sightseeing and packing for the long trip home.

Please pray as we head home on Saturday - it will be a VERY long travel day for us, and we are all feeling tired to start with.

Praise God!
