Camp is finally here! We were excited to welcome around 15 students to the ESL camp! The lower number, probably due to transportation issues, allowed our team the opportunity to interact more with each student. It was a sweet privilege to talk one-to-one with many.
They were excited to learn and practice their English through the English lesson, storytime, games, snack, and craft, all centered around the theme of “Courage.” They were especially excited to get to take home the Thor hammer that they made at the craft station.
After camp, the team debriefed with our Global Partner’s team and prepared lessons and materials for tomorrow. Please pray that the children who signed up for camp would be able to attend. We are excited to see what God will do this week! We appreciate your prayer support!
