Our 2nd and last full day in Croatia was full of worship, great food, and LOTS of walking (all while fighting off our jet lag!)
We started our day by attending 2 church services offered at the church a few members of the team here in Zagreb help run. The first service was all in Croatian, and the second was their international service (taught in English). It was so cool to experience and observe both services - they were completely different in style! The Croatian service was particularly touching because they spent a lot of time celebrating / praying over moms for Mother’s Day! ( side note - happy Mother’s Day to all our moms ❤️ )
After meeting a bunch of friendly faces at the church, we went lunch with a team member. He then took us site seeing around this city, specially more of “old town”! What a beautiful city!
We ended the day with a lovely home cooked meal at a team member’s house and some games, and really wonderful conversations.
Tomorrow, we will be driving over to Slovenia and meeting some team members there! Please pray for safe travels.
